i tend to conjure them into my brain then i blank out for an hour and they're on my hard drive.
in all seriousness most silly gifs i have saved are from random neocity websites

i use ezgif.com to resize stuff, it works great

generally when people want to include an image in their post and the image is too large to upload directly to the Orb itself, they put it on imgur.com and use the
