I'm making a game called Vagrant Shifter using RPGMaker 2003 (the bestest game engine to ever)

i really like how that particle effect at the beginning turned out.. and using a dark transparency overtop a black background so it only affects the tiles is super super clever. love to see rpgmaker tricky tactics like that
