This doesn't make any sense. How can they smoke weed "better" when by definition a "stoner" is "someone who smokes weed"? Anyone who doesn't smoke weed isn't a stoner, meaning that stoners are the only ones in the category of "people who smoke weed". They can't do it better than themselves, and since people who aren't stoners aren't smoking weed, they can't do it better than them, either.
